Join Rachel for her Spiritual Book group. The book group will offer a chance for likeminded individuals to meet up and discuss books that encourage and inspire personal and spiritual development. Rachel will be drawing on her skills as a former English teacher as well as her own interest to lead a small group in open and friendly discussions every last Tuesday of the month.

Rachel moved to Hove in early 2017 and joined UO as a receptionist in the summer. She has always been an avid reader and prior to moving she worked as an English Teacher at an FE college. Rachel has now turned her attention to sharing her life long beliefs and interest in holistic living and spirituality into a blog, book group and has recently qualified as a holistic therapist. Rachel follows Tibetan Buddhism and regularly attends workshops and retreats at Samye Dzong Buddhist Centre in London, she also practices yoga, meditation and mindfulness.
